Intrapreneurship: A new era for innovation
6pm – 7:30pm, Tuesday 17th August
The global pandemic has disrupted the way in which we live and work. It has exposed and exacerbated the digital divide and has altered the fabric of our economy. Whilst many organisations have battled with the challenge of adapting to new ways of working, some have seized the opportunity to reinvent themselves. Intrapreneurship offers a mechanism to businesses for investing in innovation and developing their organisational capability. During this presentation, we will uncover the key ingredients to cultivating a creative intrapreneurial culture, outlining the role of management in making intrapreneurship successful.
