International Innovation Management welcomes Dr Roger Griffiths from Heriot-Watt University (Dubai campus)

This autumn, the first cohort of 2019 students studying the International Innovation Management MSc programme will be completing their final modules on the MSc. This includes the subject area that gives the programme its title – International Innovation Management.

By bringing a truly international perspective, our programme differs from other similar Masters degrees that are available. This has been achieved by inviting innovation specialists from around the world to take part in our lecture sessions, bringing with them their unique regional perspective on Innovation Management.

Personally, I think it’s important for our students to have a better understanding of the differences and attitudes that any innovative company or organisation might have when geographical location along with any social, cultural or government incentives or restrictions are also part of the equation.

In our Friday 11th September live broadcast session, we’ll be joined from Dubai by a very good friend and ex colleague of mine – Dr Roger Griffiths. Roger has developed a deep understanding of the UAE stakeholders that contribute to the research, business and enterprise ecosystem. Roger is a key member of the global business development team at Heriot-Watt’s campus in Dubai.

MADE Cymru offers an International Innovation Masters course or a shorter Business Improvement with Innovation Management (Certificate 40 credits Level 7). These are certified by University of Wales Trinity Saint David and at the moment are fully funded for eligible businesses. All the courses are delivered via blended online learning and are designed to be flexible.
