MADE Cymru is a suite of three projects designed to help Welsh businesses embrace the power of disruptive technologies in order to boost productivity.

In a nutshell, the three projects are:

Advanced Design Engineering – offers manufacturing SMEs across Wales the opportunity to collaborate with experts in accessing advanced manufacturing technologies, techniques, materials and skills to the benefit of their company. Our team work alongside businesses to seek innovative new ways to develop and manufacture new products and to discover and implement new processes.

Upskilling for Industry 4.0 – choose between bite-sized modules or work towards a Master’s Degree. Delivered via online blended learning, it seeks to equip learners with skills to improve competitiveness, access new technologies to improve products and processes, increase understanding of how to reduce waste and cost.

International Innovation Masters – choose between bite-sized modules or work towards a Master’s Degree. Delivered via online blended learning this truly international course, teaches the importance of being an innovative company and how this can positively impact on sustainability, productivity and profit. It covers topics such as innovation management, business & technology drivers and product development.

At the moment, these are all FULLY FUNDED (for eligible businesses) and we are encouraging organisations to sign up to avoid missing out on these valuable opportunities

Due to the positive response to the projects, the MADE Cymru team has been running some online information sessions via Zoom to answer questions that organisations may have about the three programmes. It is also a chance to meet the team.
